What to include in a bug report
The name of the game, your browser and version, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and what you were doing when it happened. If the browser console showed an error, that text is extremely useful.
Problems that are reproducible - 'it happens every time I pause during a shot' - are far easier to fix than intermittent ones, so any pattern you noticed is worth mentioning.
Guide corrections
If a guide states something that is wrong, tell us which guide and which claim. Corrections are made promptly and the guide's last-updated date changes when they are.

Accessibility
Accessibility problems are treated as bugs rather than requests. If something on the site is unusable with a keyboard, unreadable at your contrast settings, or badly described by a screen reader, we want to know.
Every game is designed to have its instructions and controls available as text outside the canvas, and every interactive control is reachable by keyboard. If you find somewhere that is not true, that is a defect.
