Who writes the content
All written content on this site is produced under the editorial identity of Alex Morgan, the site's editor. There is no contributor network and no syndicated or purchased content.
The author page is explicit about what is and is not claimed: no invented qualifications, awards or employment history.
How guides are produced
A guide is written only after the games it covers have been played extensively. Guides are not written from a template with the game names swapped, which is why the advice in one differs materially from the advice in another.
Technical claims - point values, physics constants, timer lengths, ring ratios - are taken from the games' source code rather than estimated from play. Where the source and a written claim disagree, the source wins and the guide is corrected.
What we will not publish
Fabricated statistics, invented player counts, made-up quotations, fake reviews or testimonials, invented expert credentials, references to organisations that do not exist, or citations to sources that were not consulted.
Content written purely to occupy a keyword with no useful information in it. If a page exists on this site, it is because it answers something.
Descriptions of features the site does not have. Where something is planned rather than built - advertising integration, for example - the copy says so.
Dates and updates
Every guide carries a publication date and a last-updated date, and both are real. The updated date changes when the content changes, not on a schedule to appear fresh.
When a game is altered in a way that makes an existing guide inaccurate, correcting that guide is part of shipping the change.
Corrections
Errors are corrected as soon as they are identified. Corrections to a factual claim update the guide and its last-updated date.
Readers who spot an error are encouraged to report it through the contact page. Corrections are treated as bugs, not as opinions to be weighed.
Independence
Every game covered on this site is made by this site, so there is no question of favourable coverage in exchange for anything. Nothing here is sponsored, gifted or paid for.
Where advertising is introduced in future, advertisers will have no influence over editorial content, and advertising will remain clearly labelled and visually separated from it.
Structured data
The structured data embedded in these pages describes only what is actually visible on them. FAQ markup is emitted only where the same questions and answers appear in the page content, and no rating or review markup is emitted anywhere, because the site has no rating system.
