About Impossible Bullseye
One arrow, unlimited attempts
Each attempt gives you a single arrow. Hit and the target shrinks further and the next attempt begins; miss and you start again at the current size with your streak reset.
Because attempts are unlimited and take about four seconds each, the game is a grind by design. It is the only game in the library that expects you to fail dozens of times in a session.
Why it is fair
The target is small but its drift is smooth, bounded and fully visible. There is no hidden variable, no randomised wind, no input delay and no trick. Every miss is a miss you can identify.
The size floor is deliberately set just above the point where a hit becomes a matter of chance. Players who reach it report a hit rate around one attempt in eight, which is hard but not arbitrary.
Streak scoring
Score comes almost entirely from consecutive hits. A single hit is worth very little; three in a row is worth more than thirty individual hits across a session.
Your best streak is stored separately from your best score, and for most players it is the number they actually care about.
How to play
- Line up on the small drifting target.
- Click or tap to shoot your single arrow.
- A hit shrinks the target and continues the streak.
- A miss resets the streak but not the size.
- Attempts are unlimited.
Controls
| Where | What to do |

Scoring
Points are awarded by which band of the target you hit, multiplied by your combo multiplier where the game uses one.
Tips
- Shoot at the moment the drift changes direction. It is the only predictable instant.
- Do not track the target with your cursor - place the cursor and wait for the target to arrive.
- Long drags on touch give finer control. Start your drag far from the target.
- Accept that most attempts will miss. Rushing the next one after a miss is how sessions go badly.
- The streak is the score. Two consecutive hits are worth more than ten scattered ones.
Common mistakes
- Following the target with the cursor instead of ambushing it.
- Firing immediately after a miss without resetting.
- Expecting a consistent hit rate - even good players miss most attempts at the smaller sizes.
- Chasing score rather than streak.
